Group 4L2 is a consulting firm specialized in optimizing distribution operations. Founded in February 2004, we take great pride in providing services and solutions which best address the needs of our clients.
Whether it is evaluating logistical requirements, performing a network strategic study, determining an optimal location for your distribution centre, calculating your operational needs, designing a new facility or simply optimizing the layout, storage and positioning of the products within an existing facility, we provide the expertise required. Our experienced, innovative and dedicated professional staff provides industrial engineering based solutions that aim to reduce operational costs, increase productivity and improve customer service levels.
With customers from various industries, our employees have been exposed to different cultures and experiences allowing for the refinement of analysis tools and methodologies that can easily be applied to different environments.
We have recently broken new ground in the area of robotics in a distribution environment, having performed a business evaluation of articulating robotic arms for a single-unit pick system in a refrigerated environment. Upon presentation of the return-on-investment, the client approved the implementation of the robotic solution. Group 4L2 was further engaged to represent the client and manage the project implementation to ensure that all of the pre-defined operational objectives would be achieved.
At Group 4L2 we take great pride in our work and our client relationships and are focused on ensuring that our clients receive the results anticipated. Our dedicated staff brings leadership and direction to each and every project regardless if the client is a large, medium or small enterprise. We strive to provide unbiased services and solutions to every client, to show respect and to share knowledge. Communicating directly with appropriate resources and industry experts, our dynamic team assures the results expected from our clients.
Group 4L2 advantage: utilization of powerful analysis tools and methodologies to evaluate operations and simulate solutions which best attain the operational goals and objectives of our clients.
