Implementing change is probably one of the most difficult tasks for any organization. Human beings are naturally resistant to change. Requesting resources to change from a familiar environment to one of new concepts, technologies or procedures can result in uncertainty and fear.

At Group 4L² we have the experience necessary to assist our clients with the introduction of any changes recommended by our analyses and recommendations. We offer added value by being directly involved in managing any changes that we recommend, employee training or literally getting our hands dirty when needed. We have assisted numerous clients in ensuring that the solutions promised are delivered on-time and within budget and we have performed such implementations as new facility construction, automation and robotics.

From a consultant perspective the implementation phase begins during the final detailed design and selection of equipment and suppliers. The decisions to be made during this phase are the underlying factors in determining objectives, timelines and budgets. During this phase we are able to provide the following types of support:

• Guidance in the preparation and evaluation of vendor propositions.
• Management of the relationship between client and suppliers to ensure that deliverables promised are adhered to.
• Communication with engineers and architects during construction to ensure that design issues related to key distributional operations are not jeopardized.
• Definition of operational functionalities required for modification, configuration and installation of related software solutions.
• Provide assistance in planning and scheduling the movement of products from one location to another with minimum impact on operations.
